Rooms are available from 4 p.m. If you would like to book in earlier, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Late arrivals:

If you wish to arrive after 9 p.m., please let us know at the time of the booking, or at the earliest possible opportunity. We have a key safe to allow very late arrivals to let themselves into their rooms.

Departure:

Please vacate your room by 11 a.m., to allow us time to prepare for our next arrivals.

Deposits

We do not ask for a deposit for bookings for one room, only credit or debit card details to enable us to charge a cancellation fee if required. Bookings for two or more rooms do require a deposit of 25 percent of the total cost, which is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Any booking cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will incur a cancellation charge of £25 per room per night. Bookings cancelled on the scheduled day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged at the full rate for the first night, and at £25 per night for the remainder of the booked period.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of a booking will not be stored on our computer.We will not share your details with any third party. We do not hold any credit or debit card details after your departure.
